Full color · on site · pressed live
Live DTF printing that turns blank shirts into finished merch while guests watch.
Direct-to-film is Merch Troop's core method for live events. We print your artwork to film, powder and cure it in-house, then heat-press it onto shirts, hoodies, totes, and caps right on your floor. Unlimited colors, photo-quality detail, and a line that keeps moving.
Presses, film, powder, cure, crew, and travel handled by Merch Troop.

Why DTF for a live floor
The full-color method that doesn't slow the line down
Screen printing needs a screen per color and a setup per design. DTF skips all of that. Because the transfer is already printed and cured before doors open, the only live step is the press — so a single operator can keep a steady flow of finished garments coming off the table.
Print anything you can design
Gradients, photos, tiny text, thin lines, sponsor logos with fifteen colors — DTF prints it all at full resolution. There is no per-color surcharge and no simplifying artwork to fit a screen.
Cotton, poly, blends, canvas
The same transfer bonds to a Bella+Canvas 3001 tee, a Gildan hoodie, a poly performance shirt, or a canvas tote. One method covers your whole product menu without changing chemistry.
Roughly 40 seconds on the platen
Prints are batched and cured ahead of time. Live, it's peel, position, press, and hand off — so a 200-guest activation stays moving instead of backing up at a screen.
Names, numbers, dates on demand
Roster names, event dates, or a guest's chosen icon go on film in minutes. Great for jerseys, staff shirts, and "make it yours" activations where every piece is different.
Soft hand, wash-durable
Our cure gives a flexible, low-profile print that survives the wash instead of cracking. Guests actually wear it after the event, which keeps your logo in circulation.
We bring the whole rig
Presses, printed film, powder station, curing, tables, and trained operators arrive as one kit. You give us artwork and a footprint; we give you finished merch.

What a live DTF station looks like

How the run works
From your artwork to a finished garment in five steps
Art & film
You send logos or we build the menu of designs. We rip the files and print them to DTF film in full color plus a white underbase so they pop on dark garments.
Powder & cure
Each film gets an adhesive powder and a cure so the transfer is ready to bond. This is done ahead of time, so nothing slows the live line.
Guest picks
At the station, guests choose a design and a garment or item. We stage the right blank — a tee, hoodie, tote, or cap.
Press
The operator positions the transfer, presses it for about forty seconds at the right heat and pressure, and peels. The graphic is now part of the fabric.
Handoff
A quick cool-down and the finished piece goes straight to the guest. No shipping, no "we'll mail it later" — they walk away wearing it.
Ready when the doors open
Put a live DTF station on your floor
Tell us the event and the artwork. We bring the film, the presses, and the crew to turn blank garments into finished, full-color merch while your guests watch.
